- All donations are voluntary and non-refundable, as collected funds are routed to NGOs to support ongoing charitable initiatives.
- Once completed, a donation cannot be canceled or reversed, even if the campaign goal isn't fully reached.
- If a campaign is canceled or withdrawn by GOAMGO or the organizing NGO, any collected funds will be managed per the campaign agreement—either allocated to a related initiative or returned to donors wherever possible.
- GOAMGO will notify affected donors via the registered email within 72 hours of such an event.
Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Platform error: Double-processing or technical malfunctions.
- Unauthorized transaction: Fraudulent or unauthorized payments confirmed by the payment provider.
- NGO non-compliance: Verified misuse of funds or failure to proceed with fundraising after receipt of donations.
Requests must be submitted to support@goamgo.com within 14 days from the date of the transaction. GOAMGO reserves the right to request additional documentation and liaise with banks or payment processors as needed. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method, minus any applicable processing fees.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval confirmation.
- Donor’s bank or payment provider policies may affect actual posting time.
- To initiate a refund request, email support@goamgo.com with:
• Donor name and email
• Transaction/receipt ID
• Date and amount of the donation
• Reason for the request
- GOAMGO support aims to acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and resolve the request within 7 business days.
- GOAMGO may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.
- The effective date will be noted at the top of the updated policy.
- Changes will be communicated via the website and in donor email notifications.
