Creating a environmental protection programme involves devel-

oping a structured plan to address various environmental issues,

promote sustainability and encourage community involvement.Community involvement has a great role in such environmental

protection programme. Involve local communities in the plan-

ning and implementation programme meets their needs and en-

courages participation.

Here we organized a cleaning programme at “Kadalundi Man-

groves Eco Tourism centre” on 05th Jan 2021, this day we aims to

raise awareness about the importance of mangrove ecosystems

and promote sustainable management and conservation solu-

tions. The main aim of the event is to promote public health, envi-

ronmental sustainability and enhancing the quality of life within

the communities. We have around 13 volunteers who have a great

effort on cleaning Mangroves by the innovative cooperation of

Mr Sivan, President Mangrove protection committee Kadalundi”.
